ModMed is hiring a driven Financial Analyst to join our positive, passionate, and high-performing Finance team focused on analyzing past financial performance in order to predict future performance and to advise the company on its financial strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced Healthcare IT company that is truly Modernizing Medicine!

Your Role:
  • Analyzes business and financial data.
  • Creates financial models based on analyses to support organizational decision making.
  • Develops financial plans and reports for organizational leaders.
  • Analyzes industry trends and makes recommendations based on those trends.
  • Evaluates variance analysis for all company functions.
  • Assists with monthly forecast and annual budget.
  • Provide and create special ad-hoc analysis as requested.
Skills & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
  • 1-3 years of professional experience as a financial analyst, accountant, or auditor; highly successful recent college graduates will be considered.
  • Expert level ability to meet performance timelines.
  • Must have excellent team player skills, legendary can-do attitude, and curious nature.
  • Ability to use numbers to tell a story.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets a must, ERP/EPM software knowledge a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail is absolutely critical.
  • Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
