- A well-known , leading gastrointestinal data company located in Boston, MA is looking for a n Office Administrative Manager to be added to their growing team

- They are working to deliver AI tool kits to the practice of Gastroenterology, to provide real-time actionable insights to providers

- Your role is to supervise administrative team members and ensure that daily office operations are performed in a seamless and efficient manner

Office Administrative Manager Responsibilities:

- Leading all office logistic and administrative activities

- Setting up the company's new office, ordering and stocking supplies

- Procuring external vendors, planning events, and developing office layout and seating charts

- Hiring, training, and evaluating employees and taking corrective action when necessary

Office Administrative Manager Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree

- 1+ years e xperience in office and administrative support

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
