Responsibilities:
All environmental, sustainability compliance reporting for customers and using various platforms including Assent, iPoint, Ecovadis, and Higgs. Arrange for bi-annual external verification of Higgs audits.
Annual site chemical inventory reporting and chemical testing via Bhive portal.
Oversee wire draw air emissions rolling inventory and ensure all daily readings are done and within specifications. This includes most importantly photo and filing of annual leak tests.
Manage and oversee ISO14001 internal audits and annual external verification by a 3rd party.
Manage site safety, committee meetings, and includes onboarding, initial training, LOTO, fall protection, forklift program, etc.
Track site recycling/disposal of:
yarn, metal dust, metal scrap, landfill, paper, plastic, cardboard
trash in landfill
greenhouse gas emissions
particulate emissions from wire draw and boiler
Oversee and administer worker's compensation program and manage claims to keep Hope Global in standard category.
RIDEM reporting, Tier II, APC, TRIme exemption documentation, renewal of NBC and Stormwater permits.
Annual audiometric testing.
RI CDX portal management:
Stormwater submissions
Monthly inspections
Quarterly inspections
Quarterly stormwater testing results
Annual report
Hazardous waste disposal reports
Oversee universal and hazardous waste disposal.
Work with others to ensure building sprinkler/hydrant, stormwater drains for both building insurance and as part of emergency response program.
Oversee and update all documents related to safety and environmental compliance.
Maintain safety and PPE.
