As a Server, you will be responsible for:
Ensure every guest receives prompt, engaging, and memorable service.
Monitor and address guest needs and resolve any issues with a positive attitude.
Keep the dining area clean, organized, and welcoming.
Work seamlessly with team members to maintain smooth and efficient operations.
Uphold the F1 Arcade brand through outstanding service and professionalism.
As a Server, you will have experience in:
Minimum of 2 years in a high-volume environment preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent multitasking, and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively and support team dynamics.
Available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Must pass training with 90% or higher, and maintain current food handlers and alcohol certifications.
Able to stand/walk for long periods and lift 30+ lbs if needed.
