K&D's goal is to continue to raise the bar in the landscape industry!Position Summary:The focus of this position is working with and through others, building and maintaining relationships, and working closely and accurately within established guidelines. There is a need for an effective communicator, someone who is able to stimulate and motivate others while being aware of and responsive to their needs and concerns. The person in this position must be friendly and genuinely interested in the business, agenda, and needs of others, including the company, its management, the team, and the company's customers. A persuasive, teaching style of communication is required to communicate the company's policies, programs, and systems. Detail work is a major focus of the job, and those details need to be handled quickly, correctly, and efficiently.Job Duties:You will be the primary contact for your clients, building long-term relationships that foster satisfaction, retention, and enhancement opportunities.Performing site walkthroughs with clients to ensure quality and service expectations are met.Work closely with maintenance supervisors to ensure quality standards are met.Proactively presenting site enhancements to your clients.Oversee your approved enhancement projects with operations team.Assist with onboarding new maintenance accounts.Perform profit assessments for book of business with Department Head and discuss if any adjustments need to be made.Provide annual budgets for your book of business.Identify opportunities to expand services with existing clients based on their landscaping needs.Maintain accurate client records utilizing CRM (Aspire) and SharePoint.Other duties as assigned.Requirements:3-5 years’ experience in the landscape industry.1-3 years’ experience in Maintenance Account Management.Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and email management.Driver license required and insurable under K&D’s insurance plan.Compensation:
