Safety Manager

Weldon Contractors is looking for a dedicated Safety Manager to oversee and implement our safety programs on all construction sites. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with safety regulations, promote a culture of safety, and minimize risks to our team and projects.Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and monitor safety programs and protocols across all job sites.Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards.Provide safety training and education to employees and subcontractors and/or temps.Investigate accidents and incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and all field personnel to integrate safety into project planning and execution.Maintain accurate records of safety activities, incidents, and compliance.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Safety Manager or similar role in the construction industry.In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices.Strong communication and leadership skills.Ability to analyze data and identify trends to improve safety performance.Certification in safety management (e.g., OSHA 30, CSP) is preferred.Benefits:Health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) plan with company match.Paid time off and holidays.Opportunities for professional development.Equal Opportunity Employer, including disabled and veterans.
