DescriptionUnder minimal supervision, provides high level of administrative support for land division by maintaining office and file systems, conducting research, handling information requests, and performing general administrative functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling and supporting meetings as required. Duties include project-based work and projecting a professional company image through in-person and phone interactions. Must be highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced work environment.RequirementsAssociate's Degree in office administration preferred; Five or more years of increasing responsibility in office administration required; Able to manage time effectively to juggle multiple tasks on an ongoing basis; Strong computer and file management skills are required; Able to work independently and within a team environment; Strong verbal and written communication required; This position requires work to be done in person and on site.
