Creighton University is seeking to hire a Postdoctoral Research Fellow to work full time in Omaha, NE. This is a grant funded position.
The Renauld lab is seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral scholar to join our dynamic research team focused on stria vascularis development and function in the inner ear. The successful candidate will have a strong background in cellular biology and surgical techniques. The postdoctoral scholar will contribute to 2 funded research projects and collect data for a subsequent grant submission. The candidate will be conducting experiments, analyzing data, and preparing manuscripts for publication. They will have the opportunity to collaborate with other researchers within the Translational Hearing Center (e.g. Tao lab for scRNAseq) and develop their own research interests.

Qualifications:PhD in Biochemistry, Cellular and Molecular Biology, Neuroscience, or a related field.1+ years of experience.Experience in developmental biology and scRNAseq is highly desired. Experience in electrophysiology is preferred but not required.An ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
