TS/SCI with a PolygraphQualified candidates should have the following knowledge/skills:Background knowledge and experience in SIGINT sub-disciplines: COMINT (Communication Externals/COMEXT), ELINT, and Network/Protocol analysisFamiliarity with modern RF and communication technologiesFamiliarity with discovery mission and techniquesUnderstanding of collection and tasking flowProficiency in software tools, such as SEDB, THRESHER, and WIRESHARKExperience working in a collaborative environment with various external partnersBackground in tradecraft and analytic developmentIndividual Capabilities/Experience Required:Signals Analyst Levels 1-4:Bachelor’s degree plus 2+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree plus 3+ years of relevant experience, or a Doctoral degree and 2+ years of relevant experience. A high school diploma or GED plus 7+ years of relevant experience, or an Associate’s degree plus 7+ years of relevant experience will be considered for those with relevant military degree programs (or equivalent), OR who have completed relevant military training (e.g., 9141, 1N2A, 451/461, 452); OR who have participated in or graduated from a relevant training program such as the Military COMINT Signals Analysis Program (MCSAP), Military ELINT Signals Analysis Program (MESAP), or Military OpELINT Signals Analysis Program (MOSAP).Degree must be in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
