Annapolis Junction & Hawaii (SA 2 Only)

Clearance Required:

TS/SCI w/ Polygraph

Relevant experience must be in signals analysis (COMINT, ELINT, FISINT, and/or PROFORMA) and/or design and engineering of aerospace, communications, electronic or industrial experience.

Educational Requirements

SIGNALS Analyst 1Salary:

$107,000 - $119,200

A Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience. A high school diploma or GED plus 6 years of relevant experience, or an Associate’s degree plus 4 years of relevant experience will be considered for those who have completed relevant military degree programs (or equivalent), OR who have completed relevant military training (for example, 9141 (Navy Intermediate Technical ELINT Analyst), IN2A (Air Force Intermediate Technical ELINT Analyst), 451/461 (Intermediate Signal Analysis) or 452 (Advanced Signals Analysis); OR who have participated in or graduated from a relevant training program such as the Military COMINT Signals Analysis Program (MCSAP), Military ELINT Signals Analysis Program (MESAP), or Military OpELINT Signals Analysis Program (MOSAP).

SIGNALS Analyst 2Salary:

$129,000 - $143,600

A Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience or a Master’s degree plus 3 years of relevant experience, or a Doctoral degree and 2 years of relevant experience. A high school diploma or GED plus 7 years of relevant experience.

SIGNALS Analyst 3Salary:

$154,000 - $171,200

A Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of relevant experience or a Master’s degree plus 6 years of relevant experience, or a Doctoral degree and 4 years of relevant experience. A high school diploma or GED plus 12 years of relevant experience.

SIGNALS Analyst 4Salary:

$180,000 - $200,800

A Bachelor’s degree and 11 years of relevant experience or a Master’s degree plus 9 years of relevant experience, or a Doctoral degree and 7 years of relevant experience. A high school diploma or GED plus 15 years of relevant experience, or an Associate’s degree plus 13 years of relevant experience.

Degree must be in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, a Physical Science, or a related technical field. A broader range of degrees will be considered for those who have completed a relevant training program listed above (e.g., 9141, IN2A, 451/461, 452, or MCSAP/MESAP/MOSAP).
