We are currently seeking an Occupational Safety Manager for a full-time position in Boggstown, IN (Job 1721).As the Subject Matter Expert in Health and Safety, you will lead the modification, implementation, and management of H&S programs, strategy, and staff activities for assigned sites. You will work alongside site management to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and maintain positive relationships with regulators.To qualify, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related discipline, plus five or more years of safety experience in a construction environment. You should also have demonstrated experience with construction occupational safety risks, including crane rigging and lifting, fall from heights, lift trucks, trenching and excavation, hot work, and confined spaces.In addition, you will need to have demonstrated success driving safety metrics and leading accident/incident investigations.
