10Position SummaryPlans and coordinates the day-to-day fiscal, administrative, and operational activities of an academic unit. Coordinates the recruitment, intake, and provision of administrative services to students; oversees scheduling, and provides associated support services to faculty and staff. Duties typically include planning and administration, fiscal management and control, program implementation and administration, internal and external operational/administrative outreach and reporting.The successful candidate will be responsible to organize meetingsand events for Students and Faculty for the Doctor and Physical Therapyprogram. They will be asked to assist inspecial events, scheduling, ordering supplies, taking meeting minutes andmanagement of social media accounts for the division. The individual may berequired to configure and manage databases, compile and prepare reports forinternal leadership and external agencies. This position works closely withprogram faculty, staff and students to meet the needs of the program.Employees who provide services or work in patient care or clinical areas are required to be in compliance with the University's influenza vaccination requirement.Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.Preferred QualificationsList the preferred qualifications within this text box.Proficient in Microsoft office suitExperiance with Social Media PlatformsExperiance working with students and faculty in a graduate level programExperiance with UNM Purchasing, including ChromeRiver and LoboMartAdditional Requirements
