Are you an experienced Training Specialist with an active Secret clearance who has demonstrated experience working building curriculum? Are you interested in developing training programs while supporting the US Navy? Then we have an amazing opportunity for you!As a Training Specialist III, you will:Provide innovative solutions to complex problems.Work with a team of driven, supportive and highly skilled professionals.Receive a robust benefits package that includes our Employee Stock Ownership Plan! (ESOP)A week in the life of a Training Specialist III:Oversees and develops training analysis, programs of instruction including lesson plans.Conducts training in support of the Government requirements in both a classroom and lab environment.Develop training curriculum and documentation.Provide training associated with integrated training systems (e.g. OBT, SAST, TCW) on SQQ-89(V) combat system variants.Work within NAVEDTRA curriculum development processes.Provide support to prepare for integrated training scenario execution.Company Awards:

High School Diploma and Navy Master Training Specialist or Civilian equivalentActive Secret ClearanceProvide training in both in a shore site and shipboard environment.At least 10+ years of experience in:Planning, developing, and presenting technical instruction on technical projects and processes.
