Job Title / LevelClearance Required: SecretLocation: Not specified% Travel: 0 - 10%Job Description:Are you an experienced Training Specialist with an active Secret clearance who has demonstrated experience in building curriculum? Are you interested in developing training programs while supporting the US Navy? (ESOP)A week in the life of a Training Specialist III:Oversee and develop training analysis, programs of instruction, including lesson plans.Conduct training in support of the Government requirements in both a classroom and lab environment.Develop training curriculum and documentation.Provide training associated with integrated training systems (e.g. OBT, SAST, TCW) on SQQ-89(V) combat system variants.Work within NAVEDTRA curriculum development processes.Provide support to prepare for integrated training scenario execution.Job Requirements:High School Diploma and Navy Master Training Specialist or Civilian equivalentProvide training in both a shore site and shipboard environment.At least 10+ years of experience in:Planning, developing, and presenting technical instruction on technical projects and processes.
