$15.00 per hourClose DateJob SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Research Administrative Assistant to join the College of Science. In this role, you will play a part in facilitating faculty-driven research activities by providing needed administrative support.The hiring committee will prioritize applicants with the following skills:Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant computer applicationsExcellent written skills to convey complex information in a clear and concise mannerInterest in exploring new resources and creating usable reports and chartsClear organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectivelyResponsibilities

Facilitate Research Communication : Write, format, and efficiently distribute regular emails to faculty members, keeping them informed about the latest developments and opportunities in the University’s research ecosystem.

Generate Research Reports : Prepare research-related reports to help college leadership gain insights into research activities, progress, and impact.

Share Funding Opportunities : Collaborate to create, format, and distribute emails highlighting discipline-specific funding opportunities, empowering our faculty to access the resources they need to advance their research.
