in our Cleveland office. This position is hybrid and has work from home flexibility.

position! This role is perfect for the assistant who is a master of calendaring, excels and takes pride in organizing, is the calm in the vortex of occasional chaos and knows they have it all under control. Come join Benesch and play a key role as the point person for our C-Suites.

The Executive Assistant is the key to our team's success. This is a great opportunity to work in with a team of C-Suites to coordinate their activities including high-level administrative support, handling information requests and performing support functions such as planning travel and expense reports, preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and calendaring in a timely and accurate manner.

Essential Functions:

Provides administrative support to the Executive team including correspondence, report generation, memoranda and documentation.

Serves as a liaison between the reporting Executive Team, Partners, Management and all external contacts.

Schedules and coordinates on-site and off-site meetings, conferences, etc. across multiple time zones.

Consistently monitors calendars for any last minute changes to travel, schedules, meetings, etc., making those modifications in a timely fashion.

Manages arrangements for complex domestic (occasional international) travel, utilizing the Firm's travel provider.

Prepares expense reports as necessary.

Acts as an envoy of the Executive Team and represents the position at a high level of customer service in a professional and cordial manner.

Prepares PowerPoints for executive level presentations.

Updates and maintains the Firm's Department Listing, Standard Committee assignments and administration organization chart.

Assists with special projects and other assignments, as needed, including event planning.

Additional Responsibilities:

Maintains a high skill level with regard to computer technology and other Firm specific software applications.

Develops and maintains well-organized files, resource materials and administrative files for executives.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

The Executive Assistant must have a High School Diploma, an advanced degree is preferred. A minimum of five years of experience as an executive assistant supporting a C-Suite executive in a professional service environment is required. Must be proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint as well as having experience coordinating international and domestic travel arrangements. Must be able to prioritize, multi-task and handle and maintain confidential matters. Must possess professional communication skills and an excellent customer service attitude.
