Analyze, research, and perform qualitative and quantitative chemical analysis of chemical materials and product samples in an analytical lab setting using GLP and GMP practices to ensure regulatory compliance; Prepare chemical samples, standards, and reagents for tests based on appropriate knowledge of analytical chemistry; Perform analytical tests using Mass Spectroscopy, Liquid and Gas chromatography techniques (LC/MS and GC/MS), and HPLC; Analyze and process LCMS data generated from analytical testing based on appropriate knowledge of synthetic organic chemistry; Develop and implement lab protocols and SOPs; Troubleshoot and maintain laboratory instruments such as GC/MS, HPLC, and LC/MS; Participate in regulatory compliance activities (i.e. audits and inspections); Ensure the testing of samples and reporting of results is accomplished in a timely and accurate manner; Participate in method design, development, validation, and analysis; Perform custom protocols and validations within operational area and write final reports to support these activities; Determine opportunities to increase efficiency and implement process improvements.Qualifications
Require a Master’s Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Pharmaceutical Sciences plus skills and knowledge in Liquid/Gas chromatography, Mass Spectroscopy, Analytical chemistry, HPLC, and Synthetic Organic Chemistry.
