Elite Amenity Management is a leading provider of aquatic services in New York City.. We are now seeking motivated and experienced lifeguards to join our team Full-time.

We are looking for experienced and reliable lifeguards to join our year-round team in NYC! This position will require deep water certifications and a commitment to providing safe and enjoyable aquatic experiences for all our patrons.

Requirements:

• Deep Water Certification

• Minimum 1 year of experience working as a lifeguard

• Possess excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• A good understanding of swimming safety protocols

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

• First Aid/CPR/AED certifications

Responsibilities:

• Monitor patrons in and around the pool area

• Respond to emergencies and enforce safety regulations

• Educate patrons on swimming safety and other related policies

• Perform cleaning and maintenance duties as needed

• Provide a high level of customer service to patrons
