POSITION SUMMARY:In this position the Account Manager is primary client contact for all jobs in the area.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Field Management

Develop production activity calendarReview new equipment technologyPlant, Turf & Tree Health Care (finalize annual agronomic plans, develop selective pruning schedule)Order fert. & pest products, order premurgent, schedule pre emergent applicationsSchedule Summer aerationMaintain familiarity with each job’s specifications and ensure compliance.Develop and maintain schedules for maintenance work on all jobs.Create routes for crews and coordinate manpower, equipment and materials.Monitor and arrange schedules for irrigation system on job sites.Monitor and arrange schedule for pest control and fertilization.Manage equipment needs and ensure that all equipment in the area is properly maintained.Manage designated work teamsConduct employee reviews, discipline & skill set assessmentFocus on production & efficiencyScheduling & seasonal start-upSolve production related issuesImplement agronomic planDevelop & update production activity calendarManage equipment utilization & asset managementManage asset newnessOversee all support regimes (shop support, supply chain support, administrative support, resources support such as vendor, supplier, subcontractor, etc.), financial tool support (systems understanding & education).Safety

College Degree PreferredENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

Limited temperature fluctuations.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to pass a drug screen. Must be able to: sit for long periods of time, stand for at least 4 hours at a time, occasionally climb stairs, have normal eye/hand motor coordination, grasp small objects, possess a normal extended reach, move about, lift up to 40 lbs, determine colors, and possess near perception.
