The Research Professional III (RP III) position will lead large consulting projects, conduct organization development research, consultation, technical assistance, and assessment and evaluation projects. This position will fulfill a wide range of responsibilities related to providing consultation services. Foundational responsibilities include serving as project manager for the consulting team, overseeing the project design process, managing data collection, determining appropriate personnel for project teams, setting and monitoring appropriate project timelines and milestones, communicating with clients, approving project plans, and developing reporting guidelines and data visualization standards for each project. Additionally, this position will be responsible for quality assurance and quality control for most consulting projects.Minimum Qualifications

Requires at least a baccalaureate degree in the field.Preferred Qualifications

Experience in managing organization change projects in the Government Services and Research Division.Duties/Responsibilities

Manage the proposal and research design process for client-based organization development research projects.Serve as project manager and client contact for assigned consulting and technical assistance projects.Determine appropriate reporting deliverables and manage the production of reporting products.Contact Information
