BCBA Role at Discovery:

We seek passionate BCBAs to join our rapidly growing New Hampshire team and make a difference! Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting thorough functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing individualized treatment plans

Providing direct ABA therapy to clients in home and community-based settings

Training and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)/ Applied Behavior Analysis Technician (ABAT)/ BCAT/ Behavior Technicians to ensure implementation of treatment plans

Collaborating with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to care

Maintaining accurate data collection and analysis to track client progress and inform treatment decisions

Participating in team meetings and ongoing professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

Board Certified Behavior Technician (BCBA) certification required

Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively as part of a team
