Early Childhood Soccer Coach

The Position:We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach who will lead our children from ages 1 to 7 in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, or nanny) and enjoys working with children. This position is excellent for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education or child development. No soccer experience needed!New Coaches can work 5-15 hours per week. Starting pay is $25 per hour. With promotion to leading classes as a coach, pay increases to $35 per hour.Responsibilities:Use individual attention to ensure every child has success.Implement a non-competitive approach to ensure classes are fun with a stress-free environment.Utilize positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success.Engage in continuous learning and improvement by attending regular trainings and following the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual.The Company:Soccer Stars was created to provide the best programming and service in the market for youth sports, starting with their first soccer experience.
