Early Childhood Education Coach

The Position:We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving early childhood Soccer Coach! Who will lead our children from ages 1 to 7 in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper, or leader) and enjoys working with children. No soccer experience needed!This position is excellent for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education or child development. New Coaches can work between 5 to 10 hours per week, and starting pay is $25 per hour.Key Responsibilities:Use individual attention to ensure every child has success.Implement a non-competitive approach to ensure classes are fun and provide a stress-free environment.Utilize positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success.Engage in continuous learning and improvement by attending regular trainings and following the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual.Requirements:Must pass a background check.Early childhood education, babysitting, preschool/daycare experience preferred.Quarterly bonus program on top of hourly wage.
