Early Childhood Education Coach

The Position:We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving early childhood Soccer Coach! This individual will lead our children from ages 1 to 7 in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper, or leader) and enjoys working with children. No soccer experience is needed!This position is excellent for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education or child development. New Coaches can work between 5 to 15 hours per week, and starting pay is $25 per hour. With experience and moving up to head coach, pay can increase up to $45 per hour.Responsibilities include:Using individual attention to ensure every child has success.Employing a non-competitive approach to ensure classes are fun and create a stress-free environment.Utilizing positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success.Being open-minded and viewing coaching as a continuous journey.Being open to feedback and striving for improvement by attending regular training sessions and following the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual.Qualifications:Must pass a background check.Early childhood education, babysitting, or preschool/daycare experience preferred.Additional benefits include a quarterly bonus program on top of the hourly wage.
