Job Description

Implement, maintain, and optimize QC-related measurement systems and methods.Oversee and ensure the functionality of measurement equipment used in the facility.Independently program test systems and measuring devices (e.g., coordinate measuring machines, function/force testing devices).Qualify both automated and non-automated test equipment through measurement system analyses.Develop and optimize new measurement methods.Implement new measuring systems and technologies.Develop concepts and assist in creating test records.Support the harmonization of measurement methods and test equipment with customers and other internal plants.Provide technical support for measurement tasks in related areas.Qualifications

Completed at least 3 years of technical vocational training, supplemented by advanced training as a technician or master craftsman.Specialized knowledge in measurement technology (e.g., Aukom) and a basic understanding of quality management.3-4 years of experience in using test methods and measurement technology.2-3 years of experience in IT/EDP (especially Office programs, MES, statistical software, and programming languages).1-2 years of experience in interpreting technical drawings.Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, including products and production workflows.Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.Demonstrated problem-solving skills and reliability.Good command of written and spoken English.Ability to read and comprehend technical reports.Proficiency in knowledge transfer, including mediation and teaching.Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.Additional Information
