Job Description
Support local plant management and the management team within the scope of defined projects and take on special tasks within the scope of series production.Assumption of (partial) project management tasks, e.g. for relocations, OPEX projects or new projects as well as production changesAssumption of special tasks within the scope of the assistance functionTaking into account all influencing factors, active support of the necessary change in the local manufacturing footprint as well as overarching efficiency enhancement and investment projects to increase competitiveness (e.g. in the area of Industry 4.0 and Smart Factory)Proactive collaboration with defined internal and external interface partners (e.g. global production sites, TCC/SEC, authorities, OPEX, etc.)Support for necessary change management activitiesSupport of the production areas in the analysis of the production processes with regard to quality, costs, output as well as productivityParticipation in the harmonization of production controlling and production KPI's as well as their uniform data basisQualifications
Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering and at least five years of professional experience in a comparable function as a project manager in an industrial environment.3-5 years project management experience2-3 years GMP/GDP experience2-3 years SCM and production logistics experience1-2 years of experience in plastic injection molding and/or glass molding (processes)1-2 years in a leadership role (technical)Know and understand the assembly and manufacturing processHigh motivation to perform and createHigh action orientation, conscientiousness and flexibilityPronounced sociability and team orientationStrong leadership motivation (technical)Additional Information
