The specialist will have a strong research background, fluency and enthusiasm for research development, and detailed knowledge of the academic funding enterprise. The specialist will be detail-oriented and self-motivated with excellent skills in project management, team building, grant and technical writing, data analytics and visualization, and document production.The Large Grants & Strategic Initiatives Specialist will serve as a liaison to all academic divisions and cross-divisional teams for large scale proposals. Support for large scale projects will reflect campus-level and divisional priorities and may include direct outreach to individuals, teams, and divisional leadership; portfolio analyses; opportunity scouting and evaluation; assistance with strategy development and teaming; and training on various aspects of finding and securing funding, including grant writing.APPOINTMENT INFORMATIONBudgeted Salary:
