The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the management and various departments. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The assistant will handle both administrative and clerical tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations within the company.Responsibilities:Manage and organize schedules, meetings, and appointments for senior management.Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring prompt responses.Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems.Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.Order office supplies and ensure office equipment is properly maintained.Coordinate company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams as needed.Handle any additional administrative duties to support the smooth running of the office.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred.Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Salary$850 - $1100 per weekJob TypeFull-timeBenefits:Competitive weekly salary.Health, dental, and vision insurance.Paid time off, including holidays.401(k) retirement plan with company match.Opportunities for growth and career development.
