The position requires the ability to teach undergraduate and graduate accounting courses, conduct research leading to high-quality peer-reviewed publications, and provide service to students, the department, the profession, and the university.Proposed Start Date:

Fall 2025Required Qualifications:Ph.D. or D.B.A. with a major or specialization in accounting from a school with AACSB accreditation.The successful candidate must meet the requirements to be Scholarly Academic (SA) under AACSB and Texas Standards.Preferred Qualifications:Certified Public Accountant certification and/or significant work experience in at least one teaching area.Evidence of research potential with the ability to publish in high-quality peer-reviewed journals.Indication that candidate can effectively teach undergraduate and graduate accounting courses.Application Procedures:Only applications submitted through the Texas State University website will be accepted and considered:
