The ideal candidate will have three to six years’ experience in Employment and Labor Law.
Committed to client service, a quick learner, and have strong writing, organizational, and communication.
The candidate must have litigation experience, preferably on defense side of employment cases, class action/PAGA cases including managing written discovery, and preparing for depositions.
Requirements:
Excel in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to negotiate, research, and communicate both verbally and in writing.
Proficiency in taking depositions, hearing attendance and trial preparation.
Proven ability to foster strong relationships with potential clients while maintaining excellent services for existing clients.
Licensed and in good standing with the
California State Bar
Live in California.
