The General Merchandise and Food Sales team leads inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, pricing and promotional signing processes for all General Merchandise (GM) areas of the store. This team leads Food & Beverage and Food Service, providing a fresh and food safe experience.As a General Merchandise & Food Sales Executive Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:Drive total store sales and understand your role in sales growth.Manage Food & Beverage, inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, pricing and promotional signing processes.Manage a team of experts in operations, accuracy, and efficiency.Enable efficient delivery to our guests by leading pick, pack and ship fulfillment work.Conduct regular check-ins with your team to ensure completion of tasks.Manage all GM backroom and sales floor areas.Drive a culture centered in food safety; train and validate your team.Establish a culture of accountability through clear expectations and performance management.Provide service and a shopping experience that meets the needs of the guest.Address store needs (emergency, regulatory visits, etc.).WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR4 year degree or equivalent experience.Strong interest and knowledge of the Food & Beverage business.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Strong business acumen.Comfortable dealing with ambiguity.Manage conflict and lead others.Relate well with all levels of the organization.Strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis and decision making.Learn and adapt to current technology needs.Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently.Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)Target will provide reasonable accommodations with the application process upon your request as required to comply with applicable laws.
