The pay range is $60,000.00 - $120,000.00. Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications.

ALL ABOUT GENERAL MERCHANDISE

Experts of operations, process, and efficiency who enable a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor. The General Merchandise and Food Sales team leads inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, pricing, and promotional signing processes for all General Merchandise (GM) areas of the store.

As a General Merchandise & Food Sales Executive Team Leader, typical responsibilities include:

Drive total store sales and understand your role in sales growth.

Manage Food & Beverage, food services, inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, pricing, and promotional signing processes.

Manage a team of experts in operations, accuracy, and efficiency.

Enable efficient delivery to our guests by leading pick, pack and ship fulfillment work.

Conduct regular check-ins with your team to ensure completion of tasks and workload.

Oversee GM Team Leaders workload planning.

Drive a culture centered in food safety.

Create a guest-obsessed culture that prioritizes the guest experience.

Manage a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is in stock and fresh.

Assess all GM and Food & Beverage areas and develop a plan to resolve any issues.

Plan and lead organizational and operational change.

Develop and coach your team to elevate their skills.

Provide service and a shopping experience that meets the needs of the guest.

Always demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.

Address store needs as required.

All other duties based on business needs.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

4-year degree or equivalent experience.

Strong interest and knowledge of the Food & Beverage business.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Comfortable dealing with ambiguity.

Manage conflict and lead others.

Strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis and decision making.

Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, and holidays).

Ability to lift or move merchandise up to 40 pounds.
