Resident Monitor

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of programs throughout Arizona. CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness.Resident MonitorThe Resident Monitor will live on site and oversee the day-to-day actions of the recovery home residents and must have specific knowledge in mental health and substance use disorders to include opioids and medication-assisted treatment. The Resident Monitor will work closely with the Program Director and Care Manager(s) to communicate resident’s needs and inform them on resident recovery progress. The Resident Monitor will conduct room checks and ensure residents are provided with the necessary orientation to include program rules and responsibilities.
