located in Medical Lake.Opportunities performed on-site at this work location at least three days a week may be eligible for an additional 5% premium pay in addition to the advertised salary.Some of what you will do:Preparation/cooking of all food per dietary guidelines using proper equipmentEnsure the proper amount of food is prepared and Food Service Workers are instructed in correct serving sizesProvide assistance to Food Service Workers in therapeutic dietary needs and communicate menu needsOther duties as assignedWho should apply?One year experience in food preparation or cooking; completion of course in large scale cooking may be substituted for experience.Desired:Knowledge of practices, methods, and procedures of large-scale food preparation and cookingAbility to establish work methods and instruct others in routine kitchen work; maintain cooperative working relationships with othersFollow written and oral instructionsQuestions?
