A large corporation based in Monterey is seeking an Administrative Assistant on a part-time basis. The Administrative Assistant will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the department. This role will work closely with various departments, contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the organization.Schedule:20-25 hours/week. Flexible in terms of days and hours worked.Responsibilities:Manage and organize office documents, files, and records.Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments.Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.Perform data entry and maintain databases.Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed.Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.Help maintain a clean and organized office environment.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, fax machines).
