We are a top-ranked business school whose Online MBA program is #1 in Colorado and #10 in the nation.Position Summary: Instructional Coordinators (ICs) bring professional-level industry experience in the specific content areas of the MBA programs. This experience adds value and reinforces academic content to the students enrolled in the College’s online graduate programs.Instructional Coordinators work closely with lead faculty instructors to facilitate, extend, amplify, and mediate course instruction with online students. They collaborate with lead faculty before the course begins and maintain ongoing communication throughout the course.ICs oversee approximately 35-70 online students and are the primary point of communication. They provide a high level of student outreach and are expected to foster the college’s commitment to diversity and inclusion.Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States by the proposed start date. MBA, MSBA degree or equivalent from a school of business accredited by the AACSB.Five years of full-time professional experience with a demonstrated progression in responsibility and authority, or equivalent teaching experience in the required topic area.Demonstrated ability to self-direct and self-motivate.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Experience delivering supplemental teaching/coaching to students.Willingness and ability to work weekends, early morning hours, and evening hours.Technical and academic current skills/experience in content areas such as Accounting, Marketing, Leadership, International Business, Finance, Economics, Legal and Ethical Business Environment, Strategy, Human Resources, Supply Chain, and Statistics.Technology required to work online.Preferred Job Qualifications

2+ Years’ experience in the online learning environment.2+ Years’ experience using a Learning Management System (LMS) such as Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle, etc.Demonstrated experience in AdWords, WordPress, SEO, or other marketing data analytical tools.Special Instructions to Applicants

Reinforce, re-teach, and tutor concepts to students in online sections.Collaborate with lead faculty to create rubrics, grading keys, and online assignments.Grade all student assignments and hold virtual office hours.Monitor student activity and provide ongoing feedback.Meet with lead faculty and Instructional Coordinator team.Facilitate student success through open communication.Student Communication

Serve as primary liaison between course content and communication for online students.Identify/assess student learning styles and accommodate teaching methods.Oversee course sections of 30-40 online students.Course Preparation
