The Worship Leader must be diligent in leading people to God during services while consistently pursuing His presence in private. Inspire our dream teamers to love being a part of the team while caring for people. Pursuing great relationships among our dream teamers is expected.
This position requires its primary duty be the performance of work requiring invention, imagination, originality or talent in a recognized field of artistic or creative endeavor.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Leading Worship at a Campus for Weekend Services (campus rotation)
Lead Campus Rehearsal on Thursday
Tuesday Night Service worship leading (on a Rotating Schedule)
Leading Worship at Staff Meeting (on a Rotating Schedule)
Lead 4 (of 6) Connect Group (minimum 2 must be musically focused)
Oversee Auditions & Assimilation Process (STL and FL)
Liaison between Web Team and Worship Team for audition videos
Schedule Live Auditions in STL
Weekly Video Audition submission review and response
Collaborate with Musical Directors to ensure their process is flowing parallel to vocalists and growing
Constantly improving Assimilation Process and communication
Choir Liaison (works with Choir Leader to find ways to improve and utilize choir)
Vocal Resources
Liaison to Vocal Section Leaders
Establish vocal parts, record them or pull from multitracks
Schedule recording sessions to record and Upload all vocals on PCO vocal parts for ALL songs in sets
Schedule Stage Plots & Mic Assignments for all STL Campuses
Aide in scheduling (vocalists and bands as needed)
Submit Weekly Pulse Reports
Oversee the development of the Dream Team Vocalists
Develop Section Leaders
Pull in section leaders to record vocals for stems and PCO and to teach the parts at Teach Nights.
Schedule quarterly Teach Nights (alternate between SH and FF)
These will be the nights that every FC Worship/Band DT meets at one campus to learn the 6 songs for that quarter.
Lead Vocalists Development and Stewardship
Leader Nights
Input all lead vocalists keys for songs they lead.
Schedule auditions for current Dream Teamers to audition in front of Worship Pastor to be considered for Leads.
Submit Leads for Tuesdays and Weekends to Creative Programming Director (all STL Campuses). Once approved, Schedule Lead vocalist in PCO.
PCO Quality Control Lead Vocal Keys. Label each lead in PCO (S-A or T) and ensure that MD has uploaded at least those 3 options.
Attend weekly worship meetings
Submit time on Paycom weekly by Sunday
Attend weekly staff meetings
Perform other responsibilities as determined by the Creative Programming Director

Exceptional voice talent
Must lead from humility and be willing to go the extra mile
Outstanding time management skills & responsible understanding of deadlines
Work well under pressure and manage a large number of dream teamers schedules
Work Environment:This job operates in a professional office environment (routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines) and performances on stage (dimmed & bright lighting, dancing and active movement, stage fog, & stage fire effects).
Physical Demands:Office time is mostly a sedentary role; however, worship & practice is very high energy for multiple hour segments.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:Your weekly schedule will include 40-45 hours per week and will be the same every week. In addition to your regular weekly hours you will be asked to participate in events that will occasionally include evening or weekend hours, as there are continual seasons where it will be necessary to exceed these minimum hours (i.e., Christmas, Easter, Strategic Planning, are just some examples and do not encompass all of the extended hours opportunities). These hours can/will fluctuate.
Sunday: Varies based on assigned campus
Monday: 9:00CST/10:00EST - 5:00CST/6:00EST
Tuesday: 9:00CST/10:00EST - 9:00CST/10:00EST
Wednesday: 9:00CST/10:00EST - 5:00CST/6:00EST
Thursday: Off
Friday: Off
Saturday: 1:00CST/2:00EST - 8:30CST/9:30EST
Travel:Campus to campus local travel and occasional overnight trips will be expected for this position.
Required Education and Experience:
Level of experience: Intermediate (practical application)
Exceptional vocal talent
Strong administrative skills
Preferred Education and Experience:
High School diploma
Associates degree or bachelors degree
