Training Supervisor

We are Now Hiring a Training Supervisor in Baltimore, MD.Transdev is proud to offer:$26.75 - 28.00/hourAttractive benefits package, including 401(k) with company contribution, medical, dental and vision.Paid time off & vacation.Responsibilities:Provide classroom and behind-the-wheel training to new drivers & additional training for existing location personnel.Maintain required training documentation and completion for compliance with state certification, company policies and district, state & federal requirements.Additional safety program responsibilities such as, accident investigation, forms compliance, & safety meetings.Utilize problem-solving skills to analyze performance gaps and create and execute training plans.Work under limited supervision using standardized practices and/or methods while directing other persons within a small work unit.Requirements:Valid Class B (or higher) CDL with School Bus and Passenger Endorsements for at least 2 years.2 or more years’ experience driving a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) with the above credentials (or minimum of equivalent years CDL training experience).1 to 3 years general transportation & safety or related experience.Knowledge of federal and state rules and regulations regarding safety and environmental issues.Job Category: Safety & TrainingJob Type: Full TimePay Group: UD5Cost Center: 55312The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
