Responsibilities:Educational Qualifications:- Earned a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering.- Master's degree (ME/MTech) in Electrical Engineering.Teaching Responsibilities:- Conduct lectures, seminars, and hands-on laboratory sessions in electrical engineering courses.- Develop and implement innovative teaching methodologies to enhance student engagement and understanding.- Advise and mentor undergraduate and graduate students in their academic and research pursuits.Research and Publications:- Demonstrate a strong commitment to scholarly research in the field of Electrical Engineering.- Publish high-quality research papers in reputable journals and present findings at conferences.- Actively participate in securing research grants and collaborations with industry partners.Curriculum Development:- Contribute to the development and improvement of the Electrical Engineering curriculum.- Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements to ensure the curriculum remains relevant.Student Engagement:- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.- Provide guidance and support to students in their academic and professional development.Collaboration:- Collaborate with colleagues within the Electrical Engineering department and across disciplines.- Engage in interdisciplinary research and contribute to the overall academic community.Professional Development:- Stay current with advancements in the field through continuous professional development.- Attend conferences, workshops, and seminars to enhance knowledge and skills.Service to the Department and University:- Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and other service activities.- Contribute to the growth and development of the Electrical Engineering department and the university community.Qualities and Skills:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong organizational and time-management skills.- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse academic environment.Experience:- For Associate/Full Professor Positions, a significant track record of teaching, research, and service is preferred.- Applicants, including fresh Ph.D. graduates, are also encouraged to apply.
