Food/Beverage On-Duty Supervisor (Winter Ops, Snowflake Lodge)

Responsible & hands-on leader to oversee FOH & BOH operations at Snowflake Lodge; provides work direction to staff; completes daily shift summary report; coordinates cage run deliveries of F&B items, verifying accuracy of order & quality of product; establishes & maintains clear communication with other department's operations; ensures assigned work stations are adequately staffed.Minimum Requirements:HS Diploma/GED & 3 years' experience including 1 year supervisory/lead experience required.Valid Driver's License & Sheriff's & Alcohol Awareness Cards required.Work schedule includes weekends & holidays. Rate: $26/hr.
