The Order Management Associate II will also be responsible for answering multiple phone calls related to order status and pricing & availability of products. Additionally, Order Management Associate II will be advanced in experience and ability to handle more advanced tasks.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesReceive and process customer purchase orders with an emphasis on complex customer requests – review detailed customer specification and commercial terms and conditions. Examine parameters of orders for completeness and potential discrepancies.Enter the orders into the ordering software within a specified time.Review orders for accuracy and enter the orders into the ordering software within a specified time. Create new ship to and bill to addresses within the software.Management of incoming orders into the work queue within Salesforce.com.Create new ship to and bill to addresses within multiple platforms as needed.Processing and submitting no charge items for Customer Satisfaction.Proactively follow-up and respond to customers about incomplete orders, backordered items, and scheduled ship dates.Oversee and address requests from internal Luminex departments pertaining to sales orders.Collaborate with Supply Chain and Logistics to communicate product availability and shipment details to customer.Investigate non-standard orders to expedite the order entry process. This may include working closely with the customer, Finance, Sales, and other internal departments.Review service contract agreements to ensure all ordering details are accurate and submit for invoicing.Manage financial credits and/or product returns/replacements.Review all service charge orders submitted by the Field Service team to ensure all ordering details are accurate and submit for invoicing.Creation of sales quotes utilizing multiple platforms as needed.Other related duties as assigned.Education, Experience, and QualificationsAssociate's Degree. Either minimum of 2 year degree plus 2 years’ experience or minimum 3 years’ experience in a customer service role or related experience.Minimum 3 years’ experience with Oracle or similar ERP.Minimum 3 years’ experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.Experience working independently in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.Highly organized with proven time management and prioritization skills.Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.Ability to handle the pressure of meeting tight deadlines.Written communications – effectively communicates in writing.Ability to learn quickly/open to change.Organizational Agility – knows how to go through the proper channels to get things done.Customer Focus – dedication to the customer and earns their trust and respect.Peer Relationship – cooperative, team player, trusted and supported by peers.This position is a hybrid position requiring time both remote and in office.What We OfferReceive a competitive salary and benefits package as you grow your career at Diasorin.
