Job Description - Sr. Manager - EHS (008YN8)Responsibilities
Good leadership skills with a proven record of handling multiple sites.Effective handling of team members.Assessing risk and possible safety hazards of all aspects of operations - good knowledge on HIRA and Aspect Impact Analysis.Set EHS objectives every year to prevent workplace accidents and improve safety by implementing various management programs.Creating analytical reports of safety and environment data.Involve and provide end-to-end safety solutions for all activities, utility and support services, and new projects starting from design to operation.Better connect with shop floor employees and promote and nurture a safety culture among employees.Participate in continuing education to update knowledge of health and safety protocols and techniques.Creating safety plans that include suggested improvements to existing infrastructure and business processes.Maintain 100% compliance with all safety regulations and promote safety initiatives.Conduct mock drills and EHS awareness programs.Qualifications
BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech with 10 years of Health & Safety experience in the manufacturing sector.Qualified safety officer as per Karnataka state Department of Factories (RLI / CLI / NIT / Etc).Communication in local language (Kannada) is mandatory.
