and mineralize emissions to make commercial, carbon-negative chemicals; and development of TETRA's lithium and bromine mineral acreage to meet the growing demand for oil and gas products and energy storage.Essential Duties:As a Water Treatment Engineer, you will oversee and support the automated water recycling systems that economically process produced water for fracturing operations in oil & gas to ensure water quality throughout completion operations.An established understanding of water treatment relevant to frac water recycle and water sterilizationHas a detailed understanding of produced water treatment, the means of testing key performance indicators, and how to obtain those indicatorsIs comfortable both inside a lab environment and in the field performing "demand tests" on produced waterCan optimize chemical usage for pricing, job startup, and continuous improvement scenariosHas experience in logging, organizing, and presenting data in a timely and effective mannerHas experience in forming pricing and proposals for large scale oil and gas water treatment projectsUnderstands water scaling and effective means to inhibit its growthHas a strong understanding of oxidative biocides, such as ClO2, PAA, Hydrogen Peroxide, and Sodium HypochloriteHas a strong understanding of DAF recycle facilitiesHas the ability to manage tasks independentlyCan demonstrate goals and KPI's to operationsHas the ability to manage simultaneous projects at multiple locationsRequirements:EDUCATION : Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related fieldEXPERIENCE : 5+ years of relevant experience in oil & gas, water recycling, water treatment and/or hydraulic fracturingTRAVEL:
