We provide high quality, critical early intervention programs, based on the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA).As a BCBA with Little Leaves you will:Supervise ABA therapy services to children with developmental delays, especially Autism Spectrum Disorders. Responsibilities include:Conduct comprehensive behavioral skills assessmentsDevelop individualized ABA treatment plansConduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop Behavior Intervention PlansModify treatment plans based on data-driven decisionsOversee treatment plan implementation and provide clinical supervisionWork collaboratively with the child’s team and familiesProvide regular training to families and caregiversWrite reports and maintain client recordsProvide BCBA Supervision as neededEnsure internal policies are followedDesired qualifications:Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related field requiredBoard Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA or BCBA-D) requiredA minimum of 5 years of experience working with children with developmental delaysExperience conducting assessments and developing treatment plansExperience supervising staff and providing trainingExceptional collaboration and communication skillsExcellent time management skillsTechnologically adept and enthusiasticHealth and Safety Requirements:
