M-F, flex hours (start 7-9 AM) and work 8 hours (end 4-6 PM)SUMMARY:We are looking for a dynamic and driven Manager, Learning & Development for our HR Organization to deliver world-class training to our employees across all of our segments. They will be part of a solid L & D team reporting directly to our Sr. Director of Learning and Development. This role will be working out of our Houston, TX based office. You will have the opportunity to create, manage, and deliver dynamic enterprise training courses for all levels of the company. The role will partner with Operations Training Managers to create and implement training programs for operations.DUTIES:Manage all courses and programs for The Company to ensure compliance with company standards and local/state requirements.Design, support, and rollout of new development courses and training materials.Schedule and manage training calendar to support continuous development of our associates.Ensure segment Operations Training Managers are aligned with Talent & Culture on design, planning, and rollout of all segment courses and programs.Analyze effectiveness of courses and programs through feedback surveys and LMS data.Maintain LMS and SharePoint content.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.SKILLS:Proficient in Microsoft Office and advanced with Microsoft Excel.Strong interpersonal and organizational skills as well as the ability to multi-task and prioritize.Superior presentation and facilitation skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.EXPERIENCE:Minimum 5 years of direct training experience in a corporate environment.Proven track record demonstrating mastery of coaching skills and techniques used to develop team members.Demonstrated knowledge in current Learning & Development techniques, practices, trends, and technology.Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal customers and build rapport with audiences at all levels of the Company.Experience in the hospitality industry.***Ability to travel required, up to 50%***Pay Details:
