SummaryWe are seeking a diligent, data-driven, and proficient Learning and Development Administrator to play a pivotal role in the successful implementation, configuration, design, and rollout of a cutting-edge Learning Management System (LMS). This role will be integral in enhancing our organization's learning infrastructure while facilitating the administration of user accounts, generating insightful reports, and providing support for various learning and development initiatives. The Learning and Development Administrator will serve as a crucial link between our technological advancements and the effective execution of learning programs across the business units.

Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the seamless implementation and configuration of the new LMS system, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and learning strategies.Design intuitive user interfaces and workflows within the LMS, optimizing the user experience and maximizing engagement.Act as the primary point of contact for the setup of new user accounts, ensuring efficient onboarding and access to relevant learning materials.Generate comprehensive reports detailing user engagement, course completion rates, and other relevant metrics to various business units, aiding in strategic decision-making.Create and deliver insightful reports on learning and development topics, including Return on Investment (ROI), effectiveness of training programs, and areas for improvement.Collaborate closely with subject matter experts to curate and update course content, ensuring its relevance and alignment with business goals.Provide technical support and guidance to employees and learners, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and facilitating a seamless learning experience.Analyze data and recommend solutions to utilize the LMS to deliver, track training and measure performance to meet organizational objectives for multiple companies and business units.Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in learning technologies, recommending innovative solutions to enhance the learning environment.Analyze feedback from learners, instructors, and stakeholders to identify opportunities for refinement and optimization of the LMS system and learning content.

Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.Minimum of 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in the implementation, administration, and configuration of Learning Management Systems.Proficiency in designing user interfaces and workflows, ensuring an intuitive and user-friendly experience.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyze, organize and manage large amounts of data.Ability to manage multiple, emerging, and high-level projects in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical skills to gather, interpret, and present data-driven insights and reports to various stakeholders.Strong organizational skills required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:Experience in building positive relationships and working with colleagues and business leaders.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality in reporting and administration.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Technical aptitude and familiarity with learning technologies, software tools, and reporting platforms.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.High level of integrity, professionalism, and a collaborative attitude.
