We are the go-to fundraising solution for some of the world's leading non-profit organizations, including UNICEF, Barack Obama, and the Alzheimer's Association.About the RoleFundraise Up seeks an experienced Executive Assistant to provide robust support to our President and GTM leadership team. The role is multifaceted, calling for exceptional administrative skill, adept project management, and a commitment to service excellence, based at our Brooklyn headquarters. The ideal candidate will be a highly diligent, smart and resourceful, dedicated, committed, hard-working professional, who is collaborative and understands how the start-up world operates.Key ResponsibilitiesPrioritize the executives' schedules and focus in line with strategic objectives.Coordinate complex virtual and in-person meetings.Keep tabs on business reviews, department deliverables, etc.Ensure that key repetitive tasks are delivered on time, e.g., weekly forecast.Update and maintain important documentation, organize GTM Notion pages.Help the President run a cadence to control regular check-ins with team members, partners, and customers.Ensure meetings are aligned to priorities and the schedule is maximized.Prepare agendas for meetings, review meeting notes, keep track of to-do lists/follow-ups, build timelines and status updates for projects.Book end-to-end travel arrangements for the team and ensure completion of trips.Maintain and supervise travel/accommodation preferences.Assist with special projects, research, and compiling data in Asana as directed by the President.Provide personal support, with access to the 'home' calendar to avoid conflicts with the work calendar.Skills and QualificationsAt least 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a high-performing start-up environment.Bachelor's degree preferred.Advanced organizational abilities with the capacity to manage several complex projects in tandem.Extraordinary time management skills and attention to detail.Quick learner with a knack for technology, able to adapt on the go.Ability to complete daily tasks with little to no direction.High proficiency in both spoken and written English.Strong computer literacy; be tech-savvy (Slack, Notion, Asana, Google Suite).BenefitsOur compensation package includes comprehensive benefits and perks, meaningful equity, and a competitive salary:15 days of vacation, 7 company holidays, plus an additional 3 floating holidays and 5 sick days.401(k) plan with company match.FSA Spending Account.100% Company-paid short-term disability, long-term disability, basic life insurance, and AD&D.Health, Dental, and Vision insurance covered at 100% for employees, 80% for employee plus dependents, and 70% for employees plus family.Paid parental leave.Remote working.Please note: All official correspondence from Fundraise Up will exclusively originate from the @fundraiseup.com domain.
