The Anderson School of Management’s Undergraduate Academic Programs at the University of New Mexico anticipates hiring Adjunct Faculty to teach undergraduate courses in Fall 2024, Spring 2025, and/or Summer 2025 semesters. Departmental needs at this time may be best served by the hiring of temporary part-time faculty whose specialties are in the areas of Career Skills, Personal and Professional Development, and various business topics courses within undergraduate programs.Positions are contingent upon need each semester as determined by student enrollment levels, current course offering matrix, and demand driven by graduation requirements. Candidates who are selected for these positions will report to the Hiring Official.Wages:

Adjunct Faculty at Anderson School of Management are currently compensated on the basis of their credentials and credit hour course loads. The typical pay rate for new Adjunct Faculty ranges between $4,211.10 - $6,015.86 per 3-credit hour course. For courses with less than 3 credit hours, the respective rates will be pro-rated based on the credentials and experience of the candidate.Best Consideration Dates:June 24, 2024 for the Fall 2024 semesterOctober 31, 2024 for the Spring 2025 semesterMarch 30, 2025 for the Summer 2025 semesterQualifications:Minimum Qualifications:Must meet instructor degree, certification, licensure requirements, other defined criteria related to course content; OR have successful teaching experience in a post-secondary institution or community college.Preferred Qualifications:Master's Degree or Ph.D. in relevant fieldExperience/expertise in related field evidenced in cover letter and resumeA demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and student success, as well as working with broadly diverse communities.Application Instructions:
