HUMINT Senior Instructor
to join our team in
JBLM, WA
in support of the United States Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM). INSCOM executes mission command of operational intelligence and security forces; conducts, synchronizes, and integrates worldwide multi-discipline and all-source intelligence and security operations; and delivers linguist support and intelligence related advanced skills training, acquisition support, logistics, communications and other specialized capabilities in support of Army, Joint, and Coalition commands and the U.S. Intelligence Community.Job Responsibilities:Provide instruction, instructional assistance, and appropriate scenario development for intelligence personnel, teams, and units in support of HUMINTDevelop and revise HUMINT TSPs, familiarization, and sustainment training, including individual to collective training materials and scenariosRequirementsMinimum Qualifications:Minimum 15 years of operational experience as an Army MOS 35M, 35Y, or 351M or Service EquivalentMinimum of 2 years duty as a CI/HUMINT instructorCertified ASOC, SOC, AMSOC, SOT 2-3, or FTC GraduateWorking Knowledge of the HUMINT EnterpriseGraduate of Army Basic instructor Course or equivalent Intelligence Community instructor course equivalentAbility to realistically role-play as both a source and a walk-inMust be a U.S. Citizen.Must have and be capable of maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) TS/SCI security clearance.Preferred Qualifications:Experience participating in and effectively contributing to a highly collaborative team environment.Demonstrated ability to be innovative and to work independently.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
