Description

Seeking an energetic, nurturing educator who enjoys spending time with young children. The individual will have a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education and a Gateways Early Childhood Education Level 5 credential. This individual will provide high-quality, comprehensive early childhood education services to young children, from birth to age five, and their families. This individual will provide developmentally appropriate learning experiences, supervise all assigned children and facilitate a supportive and positive classroom environment. This position offers competitive pay, medical, vision, dental, paid time off, 401K and other voluntary benefits.Position HighlightsProvides effective instructional strategies, classroom management, assessment and related research for children ages 2-3 years old.Ensures the individual needs of each child are met as mandated by Head Start, COA, federal, state and local standards.Serves as a leader for the classroom team, providing thoughtful guidance to children, families, teaching team, volunteers and other visitors.Facilitates an inclusive environment where children can learn in-group lesson plans through collaboration from the entire teaching team.Communicates with families and reports child progress through scheduled parent-teacher conferences and home visits.Work on other Adhoc projects as deemed necessary by the Early Learning Academy Program Director.COVID-19 Vaccination Policy:

Experience

Required
